We recently completed turn key finish 5 bed, 2 storey house finished to the highest standard of workmanship by our team here at MC Construction.
An architecturally designed house that blends both modern and traditional features seamlessly, this A energy rated house has grey aluminium triple glazed windows, air to water heat pump, under floor heating throughout, mechanical heat recovery ventilation, wired for PV panels, plus insulated pumped cavities and spray foam insulation in the rafters. Other features in the build include quartz countertops in kitchen, utility and bathrooms.
Externally, we fitted electric front gates, complemented with tarmac front drive. patio slabs were laid to both the side and rear of the property, with artificial grass to accommodate a sunken trampoline and a putting green, which has become a standout feature of this property.
Highly experienced tradesmen worked to complete this home on time and within budget. We worked very closely with the architect on this project to realise their designs and achieve this beautiful modern home for the client.
