Commercial New Build in Killarney
We were delighted to be asked to build a brand new Orthodontist Clinic for Dr Stephen Cotter of Cotter Orthodontics, who was looking to expand and took on a site of an old house.
We were asked to develop a new commercial premises with an open plan clinic and rooms on the ground floor, and a separate two bedroom apartment upstairs on the first floor. The new premises was constructed in block on flat with external insulation, pre-cast concrete first floors and a slate roof finish.
The result is a state of the art clinic providing orthodontic treatment for children, teenagers and adults. The clinic was finished to the highest possible standard, including a special medical grade flooring, and purposely designed for ease of cleaning.
And it is easy to see why Stephen and his team at Cotter Orthodontics have won numerous awards for their high standards.

MC Construction built my new Orthodontic practice in 2017. I am delighted to have had them as the contractors. It was a complicated build, with both commercial and domestic requirements as there is an apartment overhead. They also had to plan around my specialist equipment.
