This stunning architectural designed ICF house is a recent project completed by our team here at MC Construction.
ICF or Insulated Concrete Forms are formwork for concrete that stay in place as permanent building insulation for energy-efficient, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete walls, floors, and roofs. The forms are interlocking modular units that are dry-stacked (without mortar) and filled with concrete. External insulation is plastered with external render while the inner walls are plaster boarded and skim coat plastered.
Extending to 4500 sq ft, this house has a number of architectural highlights including the curved roofs, powder coated aluminum fascias and raised circular entrance hall with curved glass.
Finished to the highest of standards, this house is stunning inside and out.
