We were delighted to construct this Georgian style bungalow which also included a standalone granny flat for a client in Killarney.

With underfloor heating throughout, and running an air to water heat pump, which ensure it meets the building regulations for renewable energy and is highly energy efficient.
There was also a separate standalone granny flat constructed, which included a kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom.
